     Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.

    • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
    •  For U.S. Domestic, we will use USPS to ship to most locations. .
    •  Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
    •  For returns, it is also your responsibility for shipping. 

    Raw Hair Collection

    Hair orders are processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days.

    • All orders are delivered within 3-8 business days, after you receive the notification that your order has shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
    • If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your tracking number/confirmation email please contact us via email at sultryavenue@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it the delay
